14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your Premium or Pro election season pass, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@ballotbrief.app from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order date. We'll process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
After 14 Days
Because each season pass is a one-time purchase tied to a specific election cycle, refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are granted only at our discretion — for example, in the case of duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended Service outages.
Election Day & Beyond
Refunds are not available after Election Day for the cycle the pass covers, except for verified billing errors.
Free Tier
The Free tier remains available at no cost regardless of refund status, so you'll still have access to basic features.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll almost always resolve issues faster directly.
